Terms for our gift cards

Our gift cards can be purchased as physical cards, or as digital vouchers that can be sent by e-mail or SMS.

These terms of use apply to both physical and digital gift cards.

Purchase and use
The gift cards can be purchased on our websites, at one of our physical locations or at any time through the resellers and marketplaces we collaborate with. According to the law, the maximum amount on electronic gift cards is NOK 10,000. Unless otherwise stated, our gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and can not be extended. Unused gift cards are not refundable.

The gift cards can be used at our locations by presenting the QR code / barcode or by entering the code while shopping online. The gift cards can be used on the goods and services that are specified on the card, at one of our locations specified on the card. When using part of the amount on the gift card, the remaining amount stays available and can be used later.

If your gift card is lost or stolen , any misuse of the gift card will not be compensated. You can however retrieve the electronic gift card again by contacting us.

Withdrawal period
If you are a customer, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies when purchasing a gift card on the website. The right of withdrawal means that you can cancel the purchase of the gift card without giving any reason. Upon approved use of the right of withdrawal, the purchase of the gift card will be refunded. The right of withdrawal must be used within 14 days after the date when the gift card was purchased and used gift cards cannot be revoked. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and the purchase of gift cards cannot be reversed.

Management of personal data and contact information
We use Diggecard as a technical partner for the delivery of our gift card services. They are our data processor, and the personal information and contact information collected is described in their Privacy Policy here: https://diggecard.com/no/terms. By purchasing gift cards, you accept their transfer and use of data.
